A classic Maine coast ride. Cruise along Long Sands Beach, roll through Short Sands, and grab a lobster roll on the way back. Mostly flat, family friendly, and incredibly scenic.
Wind through York's historic village, past the Old Gaol, down to York Harbor, and along the river. One of the most charming rides on the southern Maine coast — about 8 miles round trip.
York's local mountain offers beginner-to-intermediate singletrack and a paved road to the summit with sweeping views of the White Mountains and Atlantic Ocean. About 15 minutes from the shop.
Head south through York into Kittery along Route 1 and side roads. Kittery's outlet district and waterfront make a great destination. Mostly paved, about 12 miles each way.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend calling ahead during peak summer months to guarantee availability. You can reach us at 207-363-4070. We're open Wed–Fri 9AM–5PM and Saturday 9AM–3PM.
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and a local trail map. Just bring yourself — we'll get you set up and fitted before you head out.
We rent Trek bikes — the same quality brand we sell in our shop. Hybrid and mountain bikes are available, sized for adults and kids. E-bike rentals may also be available — call to ask.
We're at 241 York Street, York, Maine 03909 — right in the heart of York, easy to find and easy to park. We're close to York Beach, York Harbor, and the Route 1 corridor.
Yes! We offer bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. Many visitors spend the morning on the water and the afternoon on two wheels — or vice versa. See our full rentals page for all options.
