Good to Know

ID & Deposit Required

A valid photo ID and a credit card on file are required for all rentals. A hold may be placed on your card for the duration.

Return Times

Half-day rentals are 4 hours from pickup. Full-day rentals must be returned by 30 minutes before closing. Late returns incur additional fees.

Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule or issue a credit. Light rain doesn't count — it's Maine, after all.

Safety First

Helmets are required for all bike rentals and are included at no extra charge. PFDs are required and provided for all water gear rentals.

Reservations Recommended

Walk-ins are welcome, but weekend availability can fill up quickly. Call ahead or stop by early on summer Saturdays to guarantee your gear.
